TLA (also known as Tax Lien Agents, Inc.) was an independently contracted purchasing agent for the purpose of purchasing tax liens for investors.

As an existing company with no web presence, TLA hired HM Concepts to design and develop their website. HM Concepts also maintained their website with monthly updates.
